Our skilled personnel can carry out any turning operations according to client’s drawings. Accumulated experience allows processing over 350 t of metal products on each turning center per month. Availability of carriage platen makes it possible to machine round rolled metal with an overall length of up to 12 m/ 39 feet.

Currently CNC turning machines indisputably enjoy the greatest demand. They allow performing the entire range of turning operations, namely – cutting off, lathe work, thread cutting, drilling, and much, much more. Furthermore, CNC controls almost all turning works from beginning to end. Thereby, as a result, workpieces have the absolute precision and meet all client’s demands.

Production of Metalware

We manufacture turning works on CNC machines according to programs of tapered, stepped, butt-end, cylindrical, and contoured (curved) surfaces of metal products. All turning works can be performed under tight deadlines (CNC machines enable us to manufacture the highest precision parts).

Orders for the following turning works of any complexity can be placed with our company:
